pkr8 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkr8 platform, including all casino games, slots, live casino services, sports betting, bingo and any other services offered through the pkr8 website and mobile application. Please read them carefully. Continuing to use pkr8 after the Terms are updated means you accept the revised version.

pkr8 is an online entertainment platform. We do not claim any government licensing or regulatory endorsement from any Pakistani authority. Players are solely responsible for understanding the laws applicable to online gaming in their own location before registering or playing.

1 Definitions

To keep things clear, the following terms are used with consistent meanings throughout this document:

To register and use pkr8 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr8 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where the services of pkr8 are explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that applies to you — whether through pkr8 or any other gaming operator.
• You may only hold one account on pkr8. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

3 Account Registration

When you register on pkr8, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkr8 will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify support immediately. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until the point at which pkr8 confirms that the account has been secured following your report.

Account sharing is not permitted. Your pkr8 account is personal to you and may not be used by any other person. Accounts found to be operated by multiple individuals will be closed.

4 Deposits

pkr8 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are denominated and processed in Pakistani rupees. pkr8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with them directly.

Deposit minimums vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your pkr8 balance promptly — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically arrive within seconds.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments from another person's account — are not permitted and will be reversed.
• pkr8 may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds at its discretion.
• Deposits must be made for the purpose of gameplay, not for money movement purposes.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. All withdrawals are in PKR. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of request.

Before any withdrawal is processed, pkr8 may require identity and payment method verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is completed.

• Withdrawals of real-money balance (not bonus funds) are processed without wagering requirements.
• Bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time of the relevant promotion.
• pkr8 reserves the right to apply a processing review for withdrawals above a stated threshold.
• Withdrawals cannot be reversed once the request has been approved and dispatched.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

pkr8 offers bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each offer is accompanied by its own terms, which are displayed clearly when you claim the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be completed before the bonus amount is eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are listed in the offer terms.
• pkr8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel a promotion or void bonus winnings if there is evidence of abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at a time. Claims made while a bonus is already active may be declined.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All slot and RNG casino game outcomes on pkr8 are produced by Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are certified independently by the game providers. pkr8 does not modify, influence or interfere with game outcomes in any way. The RNG ensures that each result is statistically independent from the previous one.

Live casino games are managed by real dealers in professional studios. The outcomes of live games are determined by the physical process of the game — card draws, roulette wheel spins — and are not influenced by pkr8.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection or server error — the round outcome is determined by the game provider's established fault protocol. In most cases, the session is recorded at the point of the last confirmed action and any in-progress bets are either settled or returned based on that state. pkr8 is not responsible for outcomes resulting from your own internet connection issues.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr8 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform without direct human operation.
• Registering more than one account under any identity, email address or device.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or sports betting contexts.
• Making deposits for purposes other than genuine gameplay — including any attempt to use pkr8 to move or launder funds.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Allowing any person under 18 to access your account.
• Abusing the bonus system as described in Section 6 above.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

pkr8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.
• Inactivity on the account for an extended period (details of the inactivity policy are available in the account settings).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any associated funds — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited at pkr8's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable processing period.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkr8 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings, at no cost and without requiring contact with customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set number of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a specified period.

By registering on pkr8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing your account, though some data may be retained for legal and regulatory record-keeping purposes even after account closure.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gaming outcomes.
• Technical faults, platform downtime or service interruptions outside pkr8's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

pkr8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from interruption. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and resolve issues promptly when they occur.

13 Changes to These Terms

pkr8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on file (typically by email or in-app notification) and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after a change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using pkr8 and close your account. Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your verified payment method.
