Account & Registration

Registration is free. Go to the Register page, enter your full name, mobile number, email address and a strong password. Your currency is automatically set to PKR. After submitting the form, you will receive a verification code on your mobile number. Enter the code and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No — one account per person is the rule, and it is enforced. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or for any other reason is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support at [email protected] and they will restore it.

You must be 18 years of age or above to register on pkr8. Age verification may be requested at any point and is required before processing larger withdrawals. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately without refund of any deposited funds.

On the login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email address. A verification code will be sent to the contact you provide. Enter the code, choose a new password and you are back in. If you no longer have access to the registered contact details, email [email protected] with your account information and the team will verify your identity manually.

Contact details can be updated through your account settings or by contacting support. Because the registered mobile number is used for account verification and withdrawal processing, any change requires identity confirmation before it takes effect. Keep your contact details current — an outdated number can create issues with account recovery.

Deposits

pkr8 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion or extra charge for using a Pakistani payment method. The minimum deposit starts from PKR 100 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimums for other methods are slightly different and are shown in the cashier when you select a method. There is no maximum deposit limit set by pkr8 for standard accounts, though payment providers may have their own transaction caps.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically arrive in your pkr8 balance within a few seconds of completing the transaction. Raast transfers usually complete within a minute or two. Bank transfers can take longer — typically a few hours and sometimes up to one business day depending on your bank. If a deposit has not arrived after a reasonable wait, contact support with the transaction reference number.

pkr8 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges — for example, JazzCash or your bank may deduct a small service fee on their end. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure. The amount that arrives in your pkr8 balance is the amount processed by the payment provider after any charges on their side.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method, enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method you last used to deposit, or to a verified method linked to your account. If this is your first withdrawal, basic identity verification will be requested before the funds are released.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days. The first withdrawal on a new account may take slightly longer as identity verification is completed. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are faster. Yes, minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier when you request a withdrawal. These are kept as low as practically possible.
